J. Murphy Construction, LLC is a West Chester, PA based general contractor. We specialize in residential remodeling ranging from single room remodels to whole-house remodels. Job scale can range from multi-day jobs to year-long multi-phase projects.

We do interior and exterior work including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, mudrooms, laundry rooms, in-law suites, and anything else you can dream up. We also do windows doors and siding. Some of our favorite projects are outdoor living spaces such as outdoor kitchens, decks, pergolas, bars, porches, and hardscaping. Jack Murphy is the founder and owner of J. Murphy Construction, LLC.

Jack went into construction through an apprenticeship with a local builder post-graduation of highschool. His love of building has been with him since his childhood, spending time on various remodeling projects since his early teens.

After working for numerous builders, he chose to start down a new path, his own path launching his business. Since then we have completed hundreds of projects and take pride in knowing when we are hired, people aren’t just hiring me to build a structure or redo part of their house, they are choosing and entrusting us with their hard earned money to transform their home into functional, beautiful living space for their loved ones to enjoy.
